Project Manager

Responsible for commercial/industrial projects, including scheduling, coordination, quality, safety and cost control of projects. Must be proficient in estimating, coordinating and closing out multiple, fast-paced projects. Must be proactive in developing new leads, and must be able to successfully interact with clients and subcontractors. Some travel may be required.

Superintendent

Responsible for total quality, scheduling, safety and productivity control on assigned projects. This includes supervising and scheduling all labor, material vendors and subcontractors, as well as maintaining open lines of communication between owners, design professionals, engineers and our project team. Travel may be required. 5+ years of supervision experience required. Please include a project list with your resume.

Excavation Operators

Responsible for layout, installation of site utilities, rough and fine grading, operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as sitework coordination. Our equipment list includes: Caterpillar Excavators (330, 320, 304 models), D5 Cat Dozers, T190 Bobcat Skid Steers, Bomag Compactors, and Lull Forklifts. Travel may be required.

Concrete Finishers

Responsible for forming and finishing surfaces of poured concrete, including floors, exterior slabs, sidewalks and curbing. Also responsible for appropriate cutting and sealing surfaces for a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Rough and Trim Carpenters

Responsible for constructing, installing, erecting and repairing fixtures and structures made from wood and other materials. Must know how to use saws, drills, and a variety of small hand tools. Must have a working knowledge of building codes and must be able to read and interpret blueprints.

Petroleum Tank & Piping

Responsible for the proper, certified installation of various tanks and piping systems. If you are not certified for the proper installation, we can provide the necessary education. Some travel may be required.
